Contacting FreshSpace Cleaning is easy. Schedule a home cleaning service through our online booking platform or by calling our hotlines.
Typically, we can accommodate you at short notice. Please give us a call and ask about our same-day cleaning service.
It depends on the size of the job. We typically send just one, but for larger house cleaning jobs we may send two professional cleaners.
You sure can. Simply log into the online portal and follow the prompts to cancel your cleaning. If possible, try to do it before 5PM the previous day to avoid the $40 cancellation fee.
Absolutely. FreshSpace Cleaning is fully bonded and insured.
We’re up to almost any task but we can’t clean homes with biohazards, such as animal waste and insect/rodent cleanup, for safety and protection purposes. We don’t offer wet wiping light bulbs, resurfacing/waxing/refinishing of floors, large furniture moving or large scale trash disposal. Lastly, we’re not able to clean high places because our cleaners do not bring ladders with them.
Simply put, if you are not 100% satisfied with your home cleaning, we’ll happily send a cleaner back to your house to make it right at no additional cost.

At FreshSpace Cleaning, all of our house cleaners are highly professional and experienced. They all receive top ratings and undergo a very strict vetting process and background check before they are hired.
Tipping is not required but you are certainly welcome to do so.

To ensure your satisfaction, we process the payment the day after your scheduled cleaning service.

A deep cleaning service is a more intensive clean highly recommended to new customers and/or those who haven’t had their homes cleaned in the last few months.
A move-in or move-out cleaning is a special type of house cleaning service done before you move into a new home or after you move out from a property.
Some of our local house cleaners are very popular and are not available at times. However, we will do our very best to send you the same cleaner for each cleaning.
Note that you do not have to be home at the time of your cleaning, so please feel free to make plans for that time period. We will arrange safe, secure access to your home.
